By accessing or using the DNAplotter website and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

DNAplotter provides users with tools for genetic analysis, including but not limited to, Ancestry Modeling and DNA file conversion. You are responsible for providing your own genetic data files for use with the Service.

To access most features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. When you upload your DNA data, you retain full ownership of that data. You grant DNAplotter a limited license to process this data solely to provide you with the requested Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". DNAplotter does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that results will be 100% accurate although accuracy is certainly our biggest priority. We will try our best to find a passing model, but if we're not successful even after all our efforts, we'll provide the best model, even if it doesn't clear the academic boundaries of 0.01. In no event shall DNAplotter be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
